Return form

According to the law, you have the legal right to return a product purchased through an online order within a maximum of 14 days from receiving the order, without any other costs than those provided for in art. 13 paragraph (3) and art. 14 of GEO No. 34/ 2014.

The return of the products will be done at the customer's expense. The seller will refund the value of the product within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of taking over the returned products. According to the legislation in force, the cancellation of the purchase is applicable only to natural person customers.

If you return the entire order, it is sufficient to specify the no. the invoice on the basis of which you received the products. If you are returning partial products, please specify in the form which products you are returning.

To facilitate return processing, please attach the invoice to the returned products.

To be eligible for a return, your product(s) must be unused, unopened or used and must also be in the original packaging.
