Return policy

Every order that leaves us goes through quality control. The order itself is carefully monitored, so that every detail is respected exactly. If you are not satisfied with the order you received, you can return the products ordered on the BioUnique.ro website within 14 days of receiving them.

The right to return, provided for in article 9 of the Emergency Ordinance no. 34 of 2014, exists to allow you to examine the product as you would in a store, not to offer you 14 days of free use.

Please note that returns are not accepted if the products are tested/tried. PRODUCTS SOLD ONLINE ARE NOT TESTED.

Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, in the original packaging, with all accessories, with intact labels, unbroken seals and the documents (invoice) that accompanied them, properly packed for protection during transport. Used products or incomplete sets will not be returned.

The return of the products to Biounique will be carried out by the same method of transport by which it delivered the products to the consumer. Products that show physical changes (damaged, opened packaging, broken seals, etc.) and that cannot be resold cannot be returned.

To return the products, you must send an email to office@biounique.ro The money will be sent to you within a maximum of 30 calendar days. Only the money on the product is returned, not the transport.

Return costs are borne by the customer.

Orders placed by customers with wrong products can be returned in the condition in which they were delivered in the original packaging with the documents in the parcel. The transport is borne by the customer. You can later send the desired products within the range of the amount from the first order (if the products are more expensive, the rest of the amount is added; if they are cheaper, the money is returned to a bank account within 30 days maximum), the transport being borne by the customer.
