Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using our website

Browsing the site, gathering information and placing an order to Biounique represents your agreement with the terms and conditions displayed on the site www.biounique.ro These terms can be updated at any time by Biounique, without having to notify any user, visitor or customer in advance. Damages or losses of any kind to customers following purchases from www.biounique.ro will be compensated for up to the purchase price of the products. The personal data provided to Biounique is used only for the purpose for which it was entered (making orders), according to the laws in force. Biounique does not provide e-mail addresses to third parties, does not encourage spam, and does not make public the data provided by its customers without their explicit consent. Any user has the possibility to request the deletion of the provided addresses from the database. Prices are updated daily. Availability is displayed in real time. Availability may change at any time during the processing of an order. Discounts, reductions and promotions are not necessarily cumulative. As a rule, the discount with the highest value is applied. The products sold through www.biounique.ro are new, presented in the manufacturer's original packaging and at the time of delivery are accompanied by an invoice. Biounique reserves the right to screen customers, to refuse to work with customers who exhibit inappropriate behavior and language or have a history of declined/unfilled orders.

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the purchase, without having to justify the decision to cancel and comply with the provisions of art. 13 paragraph (3) and art. 14 of GEO No. 34/2014, within 14 days starting from the day you take possession of the product.

Customers who place an order and by mistake do not buy the desired product can:

  • return the product, the cost of transport being borne by the customer (the product must not be used and contain the documents it received, gifts, etc.)
  • The money is returned if desired (but not the transport)
  • Or the desired product can be shipped later (transport being borne by the customer)

Customers who are not satisfied with the product can return it and/or choose another product up to the value of the returned product, in compliance with the terms and conditions below www.biounique.ro customers can return the purchased products only in the original packaging, within maximum 14 working days from receipt. The ordered product will be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, with the same label attached, the original packaging and together with the delivery documents and unused gifts received that accompanied it. Within a maximum of 30 days from the return date, we will refund the value of the order.

In all cases above, the return costs are borne by the customer.

According to the legislation in force, the cancellation of the purchase is applicable only to natural person customers.

COMPLAINTS

All complaints related to missing parcels, non-conforming products, invoicing errors, received products other than those ordered, please make them within 5 days of receiving the parcel. We do not assume responsibility for complaints received after this period. For any complaint, it is necessary to fill out the complaint form.

IMPORTANT : a series of products require specific storage conditions, thus, subsequent quality complaints cannot be received and compensated, given our lack of control over the storage conditions.

Price

The prices displayed on the website www.Biounique.ro are in RON. The displayed prices are valid at the time of accessing the page where they are displayed, reserving the right to change them at any time, without any notice or notification.

By placing an order on the www.biounique.ro website, you irrevocably commit yourself to pay the value of the ordered products. In this regard, we inform you that, during the procedure of registering your orders, you will be redirected to the sites of our collaborators in order to collect the data necessary for payment.

Your payments will be processed by our collaborators. In this regard, we inform you that the refusal to communicate the data requested by them for making payments will automatically lead to the refusal of your orders.

TAKING THE ORDERS

Please include the following data in your order: product name, number of pieces, name, surname, delivery address, preferred time slot for delivery, mobile phone number, email address, payment and shipping method.

Whatever order method you choose, you will either receive an automatic order confirmation response, or you will be contacted by phone or through an electronic contact method to confirm your order and receive additional details, if applicable. If you do not receive a response from us within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us. Biounique reserves the right to confirm orders by contacting customers by phone.

SHOPPING CART AND DISCOUNT COUPONS

At any time, you can view the shopping cart and the number of products in the menu at the top of the site. If you have a discount coupon, please enter it in the relevant section of the shopping cart. Discount coupons cannot be used on Gift Sets (which are already discounted) and cannot be combined with other discounts.

Any dispute arising between the Clients and the Company will be resolved amicably. In case the conflict was not resolved amicably, the jurisdiction rests with the courts of Galati, Romania.

The information contained on this site is published for informational purposes, the statements made regarding the products, ingredients and general information are collected from specialized literature, technical specifications of cosmetic products, technical specifications of raw material manufacturers. Our products are safe, showing no adverse health effects. They do not cause unwanted effects as long as they are used for the purpose for which they were produced, under normal conditions and respecting the warranty period. They have been tested and evaluated according to the requirements of regulation 1223/2009/EC, by a qualified safety assessor. The products do not contain prohibited substances, and the ingredients from which they are made comply with all the legal conditions of solitude. The products have not been tested on animals.

FINAL PROVISIONS

Biounique reserves the right to make any changes to these provisions, as well as any changes to the website www.biounique.ro, its structure or any other changes that could affect the site, without requiring any prior notification to users in this sense. If any of the above clauses is found to be void or invalid for any reason, this clause will not affect the validity of the other clauses.
