Return Procedure

The Biounique customer , hereinafter referred to as " consumer ", has the right to renounce the purchased products, without having to justify the decision to renounce other than those stipulated in art. 13 paragraph (3) and art. 14 of GEO No. 34/2014 , within 10 days starting from the day he took physical possession of the products. According to the legislation in force, the renunciation of the purchase is applicable only to natural person customers.

Only products purchased from the website and not in accordance with the specifications on this website at the time of purchase or products sent by in error can be returned. Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, in the original packaging, with all accessories, with intact labels and accompanying documents, properly packed for protection during transport. Used products or incomplete sets will NOT be returned.

Products that contain additional information - important (for example: not indicated for pregnant women) and the product is returned on the grounds that it did not see these details on the website, NOT can be returned.

The return of the products to Biounique will be carried out by the same method of transport by which it delivered the products to the consumer. Products that show physical changes (damaged, opened packaging, broken seals, etc.) and that cannot be resold cannot be returned.

Within a maximum of 30 days from the return date, we will refund the value of the order.

Orders placed by customers with wrong products can be returned in the condition in which they were delivered in the original packaging with the documents in the package. The transport is borne by the customer. You can later send the desired products within the range of the amount from the first order (if the products are more expensive, the rest of the amount is added; if they are cheaper, the money is returned to a bank account within 30 days maximum), the transport being borne by the customer.

In all cases above, the return costs are borne by the customer.
